Jason Ardel is the technology site lead for Cleaver-Brooks, Cheminee Lining and Natcom, and owner of Qbique, an IT solution based company.

Jason Ardel has acquired his expertise during his many years of service. He worked with various clients where his intervention was appreciated. He has the knowledge and skills to take on major challenges and specializes in problem solving. With respect to customer service, Jason focuses on understanding the needs that the customer faces and develops a business solution that meets or exceeds expectations.

Jason’s experience in support is vast. He is considered an I.T. lead and can practice his skills on the spot with users and remotely with or without support software.

Always ready to take on new challenges, Jason was also given the responsibility of managing the Tops Supper Club, a popular nightclub on the North Shore. He was able to develop his leadership and was highly appreciated by his employees. He managed the inventory of the facility and his accounting skills allowed him to manage the costs.

In addition, he has also launched 2 companies. A retail business as vice president and an I.T. service company. His Vape Centrale business allowed him to perfect his customer service and to maintain good relations with suppliers. As a founder of Qbique, an I.T. service company, the whole creation process allowed him to understand what it is to launch a company and gave him the deserved respect towards business owners and job creators.

He is bilingual, French and English.

I’ve master my experience through 3 major career branches, adapting myself to the needs of the industry. I intend to keep exploring new avenues to make use of my knowledge.
01. ENTREPRENEUR.

Launching business startups, creating, registering and managing companies. Negotiating leases and purchase costs with suppliers. Expanding customer base and targeting new clients with publicity and information on products. Trademark design and business presentations.

02. WORKER.

Working for small and medium companies to big corporations, this is where he learned most of his skills and has kept good relations with past employers. Has been promoted to higher positions and has been assigned special projects across North America.

03. CONSULTANT.

Short term contracts with head hunters and agencies, some outside business hours involving major onsite upgrades like moving and configuring workstations to new office spaces. Cabling and connecting new infrastructures to new patch panels, switches and data centers.

RESULT DRIVEN SKILLS.

I’ve managed to acquire a great set of skills during my many years in IT. I’ve developed a toolbox that I use to fix, built and manage a great deal of solutions. I intend to keep myself up to date and keep learning new tools.

THE USER MUST COME FIRST.

Putting the user at the center of an IT service is essential. This allows the work environment to be more enjoyable and to fully reach it’s potential. That’s why tailoring the IT service to meet the user’ needs is the very important. After many years of experience, I understand my user base.
